Kimaya Richardson speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, is currently pursuing Mandarin, and has been learning languages for 7+ years. She loves community, Jesus, learning languages, and values meaningful conversations with others.

Adenike Greigg speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian, is currently learning German and Japanese, and has been learning languages for 7+ years. She spent almost a year living in France and brings a love of travel, and community to Lingua.
Adenike and Kimaya attended the same high school in Trinidad and discovered that they shared a real passion for Spanish. They began meeting at cafés after finishing school to study together, practice speaking and talk through what they were learning in a more natural, relaxed setting.
As they explored what was available locally, they found there was no existing language club in Trinidad that matched the kind of welcoming, low-pressure, community-based space they wanted. That led them to create Lingua themselves, a place where people could connect, practice, and build confidence together.
